Bordering one of the 4 championship golf courses and just a few hundreds from the private beach club

Spacious grounds with an exceptionally large pool and patio complete with a very comfortable gazebo complete with bar, seating and dinning area

What is exceptional about this gracious estate which is only 3 years old, is that the new owners have decided to offer rates which are about 50% less than any comparable villa (although there are not many that are comparable), in order to attract guests, who will appreciate the value, service, privacy and share this experience with their family and friends who will return in the future.
The staff consists of a cook, houseman, housekeeper and gardner/pool-man to which one can add services such as a chef, baby sitters, van and driver etc of at course additional cost. All is managed by a very competent local company.
Rates will be offered for 4, 5 and 6 bedrooms and will range from $1,550 in the low season to $2,900 per night in the high season, depending on number in party (Rates for the Christmas – New year period upon request). Maximum occupancy 12 including children. The villa is fully staffed with cook, houseman, housekeeper and gardener pool-man. Extra staff may be added at additional cost.
Casa de Campo is located on the north east side of the Dominican Republic. Originally the resort was created some 50 years ago and today comprises of several thousand acres with some 1750 free standing private homes and about 100 luxury condominiums which were just completed. Some of which are available for rent for vacation rental and the price ranges are considerable.
Casa de Campo is a gated resort and has four championship golf courses designed by Pete Dye, three of which can be used by any guest and the fourth is a private club for members only. A modern marina is surrounded by shops, restaurants and was developed some 12 years ago.
The staff prepare and serve three meals a day and whatever else you may desire in between meals for the duration of your stay. Guests pay for the food and beverages which are easily obtained at the nearby supermarket at the Marina.
The international airport at La Romana (LRM) is only about 10 minutes away from Casa de Campo. While there are daily flights from the US this airport has comparatively few flights compared to Santo Domingo which is about a 90 minute drive.
A rental car or two is a must as you need to get around, alternative choice although more expensive would be a full time driver with a Minivan.
Resort fees cost $20 a day per adult per day and $10 ages 10 – 15, tax is included in the rates. One will find a rate sheet of activities offered by the resort at the Villa.
